Our goal is to transform the community through reaching out and making a positive difference by demonstrating the love and compassion of Christ.

Vision & Mission

Is to see people succeed in life, and to effect positive changes in our neighbourhood and community. Toronto has become a thriving, metropolitan city overflowing with opportunity.

Why contribute?

Whether 40 years, 20 years or even 2 years ago, there was a time when some of our members at Behta Darya moved here, and went through the challenges and struggles that many are facing today.

About Behta Darya

Behta Darya Community Church is an assembly of people, of all ages, mainly from Indian and Pakistani descent who have come together to work as a team with one goal – to help those in need through the teachings of Christ Jesus. While our focus is not only to help the South Asian community, it is our desire to reach out to our neighbours of all ethnic backgrounds within the area.

We have decided to put our words into action as we begin to venture towards giving back to society.

We are affiliated with the Mennonite Brethren Conference of Ontario and have been in operation for the past 7 years, and are part of a wider body of 250 churches across Canada.
